Cryptocurrency launch platforms continue to offer enthusiasts early access to promising new digital assets. In line with this trend, Bitget has announced the upcoming introduction of the RDAC token, the native currency of the Redacted project, to its Launchpool service, providing a new opportunity for its user base.
Introducing Redacted and RDAC
Redacted is focused on developing robust solutions designed to support the sustainable growth of Web3 startups. The project targets several key sectors within the digital economy, including Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Artificial Intelligence (AI), trading systems, payment solutions, and NFT Finance (NFTFi). The team behind Redacted aims to address common challenges in the Web3 space, such as token value instability and the frequent lack of tangible use cases that can lead to diminishing user interest post-Token Generation Event (TGE).
The project reports a substantial existing ecosystem, claiming 1.3 million users and a social media reach of 1.1 million. Demonstrating significant backing, the project has successfully raised $10 million in investment from prominent industry players like Spartan Group, Animoca Brands, Polygon Ventures, and over 100 other contributors. Furthermore, Redacted highlights a cumulative transactional volume of $500 million within its environment.
RDAC on Bitget Launchpool: Key Details
Bitget users will have the chance to stake their BGB tokens to earn RDAC. The campaign is scheduled to run from May 13th, 13:00 Kyiv time, to May 18th, 13:00 Kyiv time. A total of 12,516,000 RDAC tokens will be distributed to participants through this Launchpool event.
Participation involves locking BGB tokens in a dedicated pool. Staking limits are tiered based on VIP status:
User Category | Maximum BGB Stake |
VIP Levels 1-7 | 30,000 BGB |
VIP Level 0 | 5,000 BGB |
The minimum amount required to participate is 5 BGB. Rewards in RDAC will be distributed on an hourly basis. This distribution is proportional to the amount of BGB a user has staked relative to the total BGB staked in the pool. Bitget will conduct hourly snapshots to calculate these shares. The actual crediting of RDAC rewards to user accounts will occur approximately one hour after volume confirmation, which itself follows each hourly snapshot.
To be eligible for this Launchpool event, users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. It’s important to note that sub-accounts, institutional clients, and market makers are not permitted to participate in this campaign. Bitget also states that it reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion or cancel it entirely without prior notification.
